Add custom regex manager to detect new ObolNetwork/llms releases and auto-bump the image tag in llm.yaml. Follows the same pattern used for obol-stack-front-end and OpenClaw version tracking.

ObolNetwork/llmsfork now has automated upstream sync (Renovate + GitHub Actions) that creates-obol.Xtags and builds multi-arch Docker images. This PR closes the loop by having Renovate in obol-stack detect those new releases and bump the image reference automatically.Test plan
